A fair foundation for our collaboration.

True development requires space, time and a clear foundation. For me, this also includes a transparent handling of my fees. My goal is to provide a pricing structure that allows you to engage in a sustainable process while ensuring the professionalism and focus that I bring to each of our meetings.

Fee structure according to self-assessment

I work with an income-based fee structure. Why? Because I believe that deep development should not fail due to rigid financial barriers; instead, it should be proportionate to your individual means.

I do not require proof of income or tax assessments. Our collaboration is built on trust and the mutual fairness necessary for a profound and meaningful process.


Your gross annual income

  • Under 60.000 EUR:  Fee for a regular 60-minute session = 120 EUR (incl. VAT)

  • Between 60.000 EUR - 120.000 EUR:  Fee for a regular 60-minute session = 150 EUR (incl. VAT)

  • Above 120.000 EUR: Fee for a regular 60-minute session = 200 EUR (incl. VAT)

  • 30-minute introductory meeting = free of charge


For self-employed individuals, annual turnover before tax serves as the benchmark.

Corporate Billing

Many of my clients use their company’s professional development or coaching budget to fund our collaboration. As companies are generally entitled to offset input tax, the rates mentioned above are considered net prices plus the statutory VAT in these cases.

How to proceed: Simply bring this up during our introductory call. I will be happy to prepare a formal proposal or a customized package for your company, which you can submit internally for approval.

Important Billing Information

No health insurance coverage: Please note that my work is classified as coaching and mentoring. Therefore, reimbursement through statutory or private health insurance is not possible.

Tax deductibility:In many cases, the costs for work-related coaching can be claimed as professional or business expenses for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Sustainability & Focus: Fair pricing allows me to intentionally limit the number of clients I take on. This is the only way I can guarantee the headspace and presence required for Deep Development.

Before we discuss fees, we need to ensure that the chemistry is right and the focus of our work aligns. Therefore, the 30-minute introductory call is always free of charge and carries no obligation.

Why is the fee dependent on income?

I accompany people in very different stages of life—from emerging professionals to C-level executives. A tiered model ensures that the financial commitment remains proportionate for the individual, while allowing me to operate a sustainable and stable practice as a mentor.

It is common in this industry to align fees with a client's economic leverage. The argument often goes: if an executive influences millions in turnover, their personal development should be priced accordingly.

I believe this purely commercial logic is misplaced in a process built on trust. To me, you are a human being, not a resource or an asset whose "increase in value" I wish to claim a commission on.

My pricing follows two different principles:

1. Substance over Status: I want a working relationship based on integrity and mutual respect, not on artificially inflated promises of exclusivity. A fee should cover the professional expertise and the headspace of the mentor/coach, but it should not serve as a status symbol. Furthermore, I see no substantive reason why a coaching fee should be significantly higher than that of a highly qualified therapist. In many cases, I find fees that are artificially inflated through "exclusivity marketing" to be simply disingenuous.

2. Process Continuity: Real change takes time. I set my prices so that we can work together over the long term, ensuring that financial pressure doesn’t restrict the space needed for necessary depth.

We can find a solution here as well. We can split the billing or tailor the package so that it fits within your annual budget.

Billing usually occurs monthly via invoice after the sessions have taken place.
